Strategic Consulting
Strategic consulting is a core component of every solution we offer. Whether this strategic consulting is in the form of content organization consulting for website redesigns, marketing strategies to promote a new website, or technical consulting for a software application, it is 3210's ability to consult clients on how to identify and devise a solution for meeting business objectives that separates us from other design and development firms.
We offer Strategic Consulting as a separate "stand alone" service as well.
Some of our consulting engagements have included:
- Brainstorming on how a client's website could generate more business and identifying "offline" marketing techniques to boost visitation to the website.
- Requirements development for a health care application to increase communication between doctors and their patients. The goal of the scoping and requirements development was to ascertain core business requirements, system risks and constraints, and technical specifications.
- Project scoping on existing concepts for web-based regulatory and compliance application to ascertain core business requirements, system risks and constraints, and technical specifications.
