Need: Allow 3000+ clients to view their brokerage statements online.

Solution: Online brokerage statement system that includes client registration, login, and access to brokerage statements online. To register, users must be "pre-authorized" or able to identify unique pieces of information including their brokerage account number and an access code, delivered to them via "snail mail" by Koonce and unique to each client.

Once successfully registered, a user can log in and view the three most recent months of brokerage statements in PDF format.

Security: All transmission of data is encrypted with the brokerage statement system running under 128 bit SSL, the highest level of encryption for websites. Additionally, all client passwords for the brokerage system are encrypted at the database level for an extra level of security. Finally, client brokerage statements are only accessible on the koonce.net website when specifically requested by the client. The permanent "home" of these statements is off of the website in a secure, private location—not accessible over the Internet.
